Step 1.

Choose your size tree, medium or large.

Step 2.

Decide if you want gold, silver or black wire. What goes best in your home, or what do you like best or what suits that person best in your opinion.

Step 3.

Choose each family members birth month gemstone. Stick to the immediate bubble. If you want to extend to grandparents etc you can do so too. For more than 9 family members put the other months in the notes on the checkout page.

Step 4.

Choose the color base you would like, white, black, purple, green, yellow, brown. If you are unsure of the wire color and base color (select first options available) and in the notes on the checkout page put, Please let the artist decide wire and base colors to best suit my Family tree.

Step 5.

Let me worry about the rest. Gemstone descriptions are included showing meanings and months.

Q & A’s

Q. What if I have more than 9 family members?

A. No problem just add the extra months in the notes (on the checkout page)

Q. What if I am unsure of what colour base to choose?

A. Let the artist decide, add this note in the notes (on the checkout page)

Q. What if I have more than one family member in the same month?

A. You can let us know in the notes (on the checkout page) but generally there is a fair representation of all months, and family members don’t actually expect there to be more.

Q. Is there a leaflet explaining all the birth months and meanings?

A. Yes there is.

Q. How will my family Tree be posted?

A. Don’t worry, Gemtrees are very flexible and are folded, bubble wrapped and boxed, they spring open, upon opening and then you just fold the branches down, they are a lot stronger than they look.

Q. How long does it take to make and arrive?

A. 1 week in NZ and 3 weeks for International. If you need it quicker , hit the chat box and we will see if we can make it happen!!
