How to Order Your Family Gemtree

Every Family Gemtree includes a birthstone meaning leaflet and a discount code for future orders. If we need any extra details, we’ll contact you to ensure your tree is perfect.

Transport & Packaging
Colors of Gemstones and Meanings
Gemtrees are far tougher than they look. We fold them carefully with tissue between the branches to prevent tangling, then wrap them in bubble wrap and pack them securely in a sturdy box for shipping.
When your tree arrives, simply remove the wrapping, stand it upright, and gently bend the branches out horizontally. You can watch a quick demonstration here:

Each gemtree includes a leaflet explaining birthstones and their meanings, plus a discount code for future orders.
Medium size: approximately 17cm (10″) tall with around 50 gemstones.
